  • Searchable meeting archive

3. User Accounts

To use MeetingMind, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Recording Consent

Important: You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary consents before recording any meeting. Laws regarding recording consent vary by jurisdiction. MeetingMind provides tools to notify participants of recording, but you must ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MeetingMind AI Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your meeting content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Subscription and Payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account

8. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid plan unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

AI-generated transcriptions and summaries may contain errors. You should not rely solely on these outputs for critical decisions without human review.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEETINGMIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeetingMind and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
